Over the years, we noticed that data procurement, validation, and risk mitigation strategies vary greatly within the financial services industry – from nonexistent to more formal models. In general, these models are reactive, do not embrace a proactive approach to avoid risks and reduce overall expenses, and do not help create a better experience for customers. Our market research showed a general dissatisfaction with current models that rely heavily on more automated, standardized solutions, rather than on basic, more flexible, curative actions, education and service principals.
